Free Consultation
I am available for a free consultation. We can connect, review your birth plan, and decide if it is a good fit.
Phone & Email Support
I am available for both phone and email support.
1 - 2 Prenatal Visits
After our initial consultation, we can schedule two prenatal visits where we will touch base, talk about the upcoming delivery and what to expect.
During labor
Based upon our visits, when labor begins we will have a plan in place as to how you want to be supported during labor and together we will work to achieve your birthing goals to have the birthing experience you envisioned.
Postpartum follow-up visit
I am available for a postpartum visit within the first two weeks after birth to check in with you and see how you are recovering.
As a Doula, I Do Not:
Perform any clinical tasks
These tasks are reserved for your doctor or midwife!
Make decisions for you
You are in charge of your birth and will make all final decisions.
Speak to the staff on your behalf
I am here to advise you, but cannot speak on your behalf.
Project any of my own beliefs onto your experience
I am here to help you have the birth that you envision and help bring your baby into the world; I will not be persuading you to do things a specific way.
